Shipping policy

  • Please place all orders to be delivered for Christmas by 15th December 2021
  • We aim to process all orders within three days of placing the order
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, and will be sent second class. large orders may be dispatched via courier
  • UK customers should expect to receive their items within 7 working days. You may experience delays through your local postal services, especially during peak times, such as October-December
  • We cannot take responsibility for your order, once it has left Aerospace Bristol, via Royal Mail or a courier 
  • Click and Collect is available during museum opening hours. Wednesday-Sunday 10am-3:30pm 
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards
