Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied with you item/s, you can return them to us for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.
As well as proof of purchase, items must be in their original condition, with any labels still attached, and in its original packaging (must be fully saleable), to qualify for a refund.
If your item is faulty/damaged on arrival, please call our team on 01179315315 or email retail@aerospacebristol.org for assistance.
We are unable to cover the postage costs, if returning an item to us. Return postage charges are non-refundable, unless your order was faulty or incorrect. if you fail to return goods at your expense, Aerospace Bristol reserves the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery, and may offset the amount against the refund due.
How to return an item:
You can return your products purchased online, to Aerospace Bristol, using the address below. You will be refunded in full to the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your return, for the refund to be processed.
1. email retail@aerospacebristol.org with your order number, and which items you wish to return, stating the reason why.
2. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept responsibility for any returned item that is lost in the post. we recommend asking for proof of postage.
3. Send your returns to;

Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reach your account.
Items can be also be returned in person to the Aerospace Bristol Shop.
Exchanges
If you wish to receive replacement goods, please return our original items, and place a new order via our website.
Exceptions
Please note the following items are non-refundable, unless faulty, for reasons of hygiene and safety:
- Earrings
- perishable or edible items e.g. sweets, food
- face masks
